Descriptions: The winning machine in the 1987 Suzuka 8 Hours is the TECH21 Yamaha YZF. The car entrusted to Kevin Magee and Martin Wemmer under the direction of Tadahiko Taira played a dramatic come-from-behind victory with five minutes remaining at the end of the race, giving Yamaha its first victory. The TECH21 mark is reproduced as a slide mark.
