From "Gridman the Hyper Agent" comes Thunder Gridman, now available from the S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) series!
●Shape & Proportions
Body scan data of Hiroyuki Okano, suit actor for the duration of the series, was taken, and the figure was constructed based on his physique and skeleton to accurately recreate the proportions of Thunder Gridman.
The design was also supervised and supported by Tsuburaya Productions Modeling Department LSS and Takafumi Tanibuchi, who was in charge of the Thunder Gridman suit creation at the time, in order to achieve greater authenticity. Two techniques are used―sculpting and pad printing―to recreate the appeal and details of the Thunder Gridman suit, which was produced using a wide range of special effect techniques at the time.
●Movement
Soft parts are used in some areas of the torso. By incorporating pull-out gimmicks in the shoulder and hip joints, you can easily recreated poses that were made in various scenes from the show. Parts of the leg armor are also movable in order to improve contact with the ground.
●Accessories
Included are effect parts for the Thunder Grid Beam attack that Thunder Gridman uses in the show.
It also comes with a set of supports for recreating the Drill Break. The drills on both shoulders are removable, allowing you to recreate scenes from the show. Two sets of exchangeable left and right hand parts are included to enhance the play value. As an added original feature, this figure can also hold the Plasma Blade and Barrier Shield included with the S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Gridman figure (sold separately). The open-hand parts also allow you to create an even wider range of expressions.
Additionally, some parts are removable, making it possible to combine it with the S.H.Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Gridman figure (sold separately) to create a display that recreates the combination sequence seen in the show.
