This kit is based on the Isamu Special, which was deployed in the climax of the movie "Macross Frontier: The Wings of Goodbye" and the battle on the Vajra home planet.
This machine was acquired by Isamu after he joined SMS with the help of Yang of Shinsei Industry, and the super parts of the VF-25 are used for the main wings.
The kit includes new mold parts, and is equipped with super packs for the legs and shoulders. Furthermore, new attachment parts have been added to the super parts of the VF-25 to allow attachment to the main wings. The pilot figure is a new part made from an SMS suit. The package illustration is by Hidetaka Tenjin. (Item No. 12 Not compatible with the Macross Stand.)
