Looking ahead to 2025, Yoshida revealed that patches 7.2 and 7.3 will be released, bringing new content such as job updates, housing features, and raid challenges. Patch 7.2 is expected in late March or early April, with Patch 7.3 following in August or September, concluding the Dawntrail storyline. Additionally, Yoshida's cryptic message hinted at the direction the main story will take in these upcoming updates, while the game's annual Heavensturn event is also currently underway.
